LRDC Services (Pvt) Limited is a subsidiary company of the state owned Sri Lanka Land Development Corporation (SLLDC) and has been operation for last 20 years, providing the nation with development related activities. At present it is the leading state organization providing security and surveillance solutions island wide to public, private and domestic sector organizations and individuals. It is one of the key agencies coming under the Ministry of urban development and housing that tasked with evolving the Western Province and its environs into the smartest city in the region
LRDC Services (Pvt) Ltd was incorporated on 5th March, 1998 vide registered No. N (PVS) 20768 under the companies Act No. 17 of 1982. It was re–registered as No. PV 3329 under the new Companies Act No.07 of 2007 as per the Cabinet decision No. 98/1765/21/140 dated 10th April, 2008 as a subsidiary company of Land Development Co. Ltd (REDECO) which is under the Sri Lanka Land Development Corporation (SLLRDC).
